this thread is about the tower with the sign board on the far right on the pic
the tower to the left (still work at base) is number one dubai marina

the tower in the background is al seef tower

may be this one be replaced by a tower with a height more be fitting current developments

havent had a chance and am leaving for Australia this week for my hilodays. will try though but this sign is deffinatly gone so Ill have to change it to never built.

Im glad this one is gone, didnt really like it.

well as i said chance for something bigger and better
more suited to the curret stage of development in dubai
I mean this a water Front spot never to be out built it needs a super tall tower
having said that it does have already so many talls around space would be good but then ..

I am convincved that this spot is either the Al ameria or ocean marina tower so ist either 90F or 50F. The other plot next to 1 dubai marina is for either of these two towers too.
Should be an awesome site with 5 towers in a row over 200m
