Since Malaysia is a Maritime country, we should have a advanced water transport system .

Now Penang is planning the water taxi, tihs may solve the traffic problem of the Penang Bridge.

But when I see the Klang's water transport passanger terminal, :ohno::ohno:.

We should have a shipping company like neighbouring Indonesia's Pelni. We can call it PAM (Pengangkutan air Malaysia) or whatever.

I heard there used to be a ferry service between Peninsular Malaysia and Malaysian Borneo. But, the service was soon suspended. My guess for this is long travelling time (ferry is so slow).

Perhaps instead of a 3rd link to singapore why not a ferry service? From changi to anywhere in johor to intercept traffic from the east coast !

There is a ferry service between Kota Tinggi, Johor and Singapore's Changi Terminal.
Maybe these line will available at future:
1) Johor port-Punggol
2) Pontian Kecil- Tuas
3) If woodlands checkpoint and Tuas checkpoint have terminals, then Johor's proposed water taxi can connect to these place and reduce the traffic at causeway.

If Singapore still didn't want our government to build a new bridge to replace the causeway, then the water taxi service is only available at east of causeway.
