This is one of the first comprehensive residential communities in Kurdistan-iraq located near by Khanzad hotel, Shoifat school, American village and beside Damak project with total area of 1250000m2.this project will consist of 500 properties villas, four modern model of villa will be in different size of land with full hi-tech facilities and services.
The passing way connect to erbil city to all tourist area in the region. Its is located in green wavy relief area which have fresh air with low temperature than erbil. also can notice charming view for forest and green which overlooking Bastora valley.
