Shandiz is a small city in Khorasan province, this city is famous for Shandiz restaurants, it is called McDonald's of Iran, you can find a Shandiz restaurant in almost all major cities of Iran, it doesn't sound strange that owner of hundreds restaurants builds a shopping center like this.

it should be mentioned that shandiz is very close to mashhad, pretty much a suburb, hence a project of this size.

It is interesting that we have seen 10s of projects in Iran proposed as largest "....." in the middle east, but none of them are even under construction!!!!!! :bash:
