RafflesCity June 9th, 2004, 02:15 AM captures the essence of Dubai very well!
cicarra June 10th, 2004, 01:36 AM beatiful...looks like Dubai becomes a desert again
RyanHayes1984 June 17th, 2004, 03:59 AM I'd say NYC got hit hard in that movie...
Fabian June 17th, 2004, 04:30 AM Pretty good. Those superstorms must of whipped up the biggest duststorm ever seen in the Middle East.
RyanHayes1984 June 17th, 2004, 06:17 AM The funny thing was that ihe buildings were still intact.
Trances June 17th, 2004, 06:41 AM Not seen that movie yet but will soon as can afford it
chaos83 June 17th, 2004, 07:21 AM Your skills are great Trances! :applause:

Smiley Person June 21st, 2004, 11:37 PM Dubai sure has a real skyline, almost all the buildings seem to be along one street!
Trances June 22nd, 2004, 07:37 AM Yep that just one of the Skylines there is also
Sheikh Zayed Rd, ( this will one day extent all the way from World Trade and Capital Towers ( 2 down from where I took this) for many Ks up to 12 to
Dubai Marina Area ( whihc has about 10 towers ) but over 60 Uc over 30 Floor most 40-50 and a few more higher than that should be about 150 complete by end of 2015 just in that area alone
Deria ( Low rmost under 20 and one cluster over )
and there are little cluser coming up all over the place as the high limits have been lifted in most places.
RyanHayes1984 July 6th, 2004, 07:56 PM How did you do that anyway?
rdb2k3 July 7th, 2004, 03:41 PM :eek2: nice. very, very nice and sandy too!
Buck July 7th, 2004, 04:26 PM Great job!
ch1le July 7th, 2004, 05:58 PM the pic is good..
the film was idiotic... it had so so so many mistakes...
when the men entered new york... plz can anyone tell me how come they entered it from the ocean? that doesnt make sence!(they were seen next to statue of liberty)
And.. when it showed italy, frozen, from space... it was supposed to be -150--200.. yet the mediterranean sea wasnt frozen... lol... the movie was bad
rayman July 7th, 2004, 08:10 PM I'd say NYC got hit hard in that movie...
NYC always got hit hard in the movies.
RyanHayes1984 July 9th, 2004, 06:00 AM The temperatures were so cold that the ocean was ice. Remember what they said? ICE AGE.
Trances July 12th, 2004, 09:02 AM crap movie
I had not seen it when I made this
was just ment to be dubai after big storm
Macca-GC July 12th, 2004, 10:54 AM One important factor that the movie didn't capture is that if an ice-age did happen, the sea level would drop.
Taipei101 July 12th, 2004, 11:19 AM I'd say NYC got hit hard in that movie...
What about LA? the extreme tornadoes?
Taipei101 July 12th, 2004, 11:20 AM Sandstorm, from the climate changes I think.
Trances July 12th, 2004, 11:30 AM yep that part did confuse me as well
no sea level drop seems to be very simiple
Taipei101 July 12th, 2004, 11:34 AM It was so funny to see snow in Delhi(india) though.
RyanHayes1984 July 22nd, 2004, 12:36 AM However, we are forgetting that it was special effects. If it was the real thing, we would be ice cubes by now. lol
Ral909 July 31st, 2004, 05:37 AM if that happened, NYC would be one of the most damaged cities in the world.
Trances July 31st, 2004, 10:18 AM What about Europe and China for that matter more than USA in the Northern Hes
RyanHayes1984 August 4th, 2004, 04:32 PM To be honest, they never showed what happened to Chicago, Paris, London, The Works. But you can see it at the website. I did find that out. ;)
dcb11 August 12th, 2004, 08:55 AM I made one of what I thought Dubai would look like The Day after Tommorow:

Sheikh Zayed Rd, ( this will one day extent all the way from World Trade and Capital Towers ( 2 down from where I took this) for many Ks up to 12 to
