im_from_zw038 April 3rd, 2010, 10:28 AM Office building for Electrabel in the city of Zwolle, the Netherlands. 19 floors with a height of 78 meters. Architect is PPKS Chicago. Started in 2008 and will be delivered in may 2010.

heksenketel February 24th, 2011, 03:55 PM It looks good next to the IJsseltower, but alone it would be too chubby from some views. Just like the IJsseltower it does look much taller from a distance though. 7.5/10
