*edit* eh sorry but I can't accept this building. The building is too tall yet too blurey at the same time. I just can't accept a building with those two factors.

Of course you guys can add it to your skylines - I'm obviously not a dictator as to what you guys can do, but just don't expect to see this one on my skyline this Sunday. Sorry.

James, you need to use a host like http://mywebpage.netscape.com . That will allow you to upload the .bmp or whatever file you used to create it becasue .jpg distorts it a TON!
