Here is my region based on the St. Louis terrain, but not the actual city. My city boundaries fall right on the river, so I can't put bridges across in most parts. The residential population is 855,000 with 1.5 million commercial and 100,000 industrial jobs. My next plan is to place a large commercial district where the roads are stretching out, and then fill in the large undeveloped areas with a lower density mix.
