Iya berasa di central park manhattan. Nice picture ncon.
Untung kompleks ini gak ada mall nya. Sekarang sepertinya semua pengembang membuat mixed use complex. Kadang pengen juga melihat gedung yg memang benar2 untuk apartement sendiri, untuk kantor atau mall sendiri.

^^ banyak kok yg stand alone.... itu The Capital Residences at SCBD, Nirvana Kemang, Senopati Suites, The Peak, Setiabudi Residences....

This is awesome. Actually, this apartment is very tranquil. Sometimes, an apartment for us should be in a quite condition regarding our privacy. Not just lying on a strategic place with lots of malls and business centers nearby. And this apartment got it doubled. Both privacy and location.
