This 30 storey tower is home to one of the islands finest hotels, the Portmont and spacious condominiums.

hmmm.. Since it looks like the spires on both sides are to be going straight up, I'll go ahread and actually approve this one.

Of course, it doesn't get fully approved until we have a say from the community.

what do u guys think?

Yep, the spires do stay straight up. I was hoping this would get approved so the skyline might look less boxy:) And of course the same thing happend again. One of those messages came up telling me the website is busy, please retry in a few minutes things came up. So it didnt insert a poll. This has happend a few times to me now:(

It looks nice. But IMO the spire in the middle of the building looks quite cheesy...I would probably decorate that...

Thats not a spire lol. Thats the roof. It's going to be printed out and folded. The two sides that both have two points are the front and back, and the two skinny sides that are all windows are the sides. That grey thing on top will fold down and be a roof:)

Time to put some pitched roofs in the skyline. 9/10

Yea, I was trying to start an 80s PoMo trend to break the boxyness;)
