Ironic for a rich country, it has very few highrises.

huh? I did mention in the other thread that the country only has 340,000 people and 66,000 in the capital. And to make it worse for skyscraper fans, the country has low density and don't get that many tourists which means very few hotel buildings. It's rich because of the low population compared to the GDP which mainly are generated from oil and gas. BTW, the city has a 120m tall skyscraper..not so bad after all..;) And richness doesn't necessary equate to scrapercentric. There are some rich european countries which have a way bigger population that don't favour hi-rises ;)
