On goolge earth you have co-ords e.g. 53'28'36.42"N 2'14'51.45"W does anyone know how to change these to Ordnance Survey co-ords Northings and Eastings?

Try and convert those co-ords into decimal degrees

eg. 52° 29′ 1″ N, 1° 54′ 23″ W is converted into 52.483611, -1.906389.

Then go to Bing Maps and you can change the layer to OS Map.
