Betul Glu, mereka tuh gak bisa digusur. Kalo diliat baik2 sebetulnya daerah situ tuh bukannya slum area. Mereka bangunan permanen kok, banyak juga ruko. Ada ada aktifitas bisnis disitu. Ada juga rumah2 yg tergolong mewah.

Daerah yg elo sebutin tadi itu mah tinggal nunggu bbrp tahun lagi bakal lenyap soalnya daerahnya strategis bgt, kalo ekonomi 2007 dan seterusnya stabil gue yakin investor pada bangun daerah ini.

So basically those rumah are... ladang duit hehehe

RUmah itu sih gak bakalan digusur..... Diganti rugi tanahnya 25-40 juta per meter mungkin iya..... Tanah itu super mahal..... Rumahnya permanen kok... Walau jalannya sempit, aq liat tiap rumah 1 mobil.... Makmur banget..... Jaringan telpon aja udah masuk abis-abisan di sana. Satu rumah satu telpon... Bayangin aja .....

Mereka adalah pemilik sah tanah tersebut... Orang-orang yang udah pindah dari hasil ganti rugi kawasan itu malah udah pindah ke rumah yang lebih bagus d DEPOK, SERPONG, ama BEKASI.... So, memindahkan mereka sebenarnya justru memakmurkan mereka.... Lagian rumah-rumah dekat sudirman itu banyak kos-kosan untuk karyawan kanto yang harganya sama sekali nggak murah......

^^ iyalah.. itu kan di golden triangle.. biasanya kan orang2 yg tinggal disitu orang tua yg tajir ato ga pahlawan ato bangsawan..

where do you think is the best place to take a picture of the jakarta skyline?

in my opinion, it would be from the parking lot of itc ambasador as it shows the skyscrapers in jalan sudirman from the jl. gatot subroto intersection (including several skyscrapers in jl. gatot subroto and SCBD) up to where the landmark tower is located. unfortunately i have to avoid the 'satpam' that will always 'menegur' if you are caught taking pictures :)

Or from any high rise building along Sudirman, Thamrin, Gatot subroto or Kuningan.

Resizing a picture is kinda bother(umm repot?) well anyways you need to use Photoshop and the on the picture window right-click and put Image size.... but its easier to change the option in your camera from 5 Megapixels (or whatever your using now) to VGA pictures/not more than 1 MegaPixels so they don't take too much space in your memory card and the size is not too big

The easiest way is to use Image Resizer PowerToy for Windows XP: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

Just right click on the image, choose the size you want, choose overwrite or not, then click ok.
