Is this project back to under construction again? are those cranes in the background for this project? If this project succeeds, I think it will be the most beautiful of all the projects in Phnom Penh!

I think the cranes belong to this project. I will check it out next time if I go across the river.

This project is too far away and I was standing in the opposite side of the river. I cannot zoom in any further with my camera, so this is the best I can do.

If this project is a live...that's great news. But are you positve that is the location site for this project seemacao? I thought that is project is on hold just like IFC.

I am not too impressed with this project but I hope it is built.

I was 100% sure before, but after checking the exact locations from wikimapia website today, I have to change my mind because I did not take into account the site actually consist of two projects sitting next to each other (Chrouy Changva Project and this one).

I still remember the Chrouy Changva Project site was empty while I pass there few weeks ago.

The good news is, 3 cranes are being installed recently. I think it belongs to the Chrouy Changva Project, was confused before because both projects - Chrouy Changva High-end condominiums and Pharos Housing Complex also made up of 3 high-rise residental towers as such.

However, I am really sure the project is making good progress - whatever it is under construction.
