But that's not a topic for this forum, but a DLM one. And I think we have an anthem thread there already.

There are in this thread the national anthems of the countries in the EU only, and I would like, if the members would tell the favourite anthem/s.

French is the best. The words are incredible.

Germany, France, Poland ;) Best sounding, most moving anthems. Powerful, melodic, catchy, easy to remember.
Slovak anthem is also nice, I always associate it with mighty Tatra mountains ;)

Irelands is just amazing and makes us feel proud.
When we payed England at Croke Park in the 2007 Six Nations I was so proud
and it gave evry Irish person there shivers.
