I know this been suggested many times, but I want to bring up this topic again since I noticed the activity of Indonesian forum has increased this past months.

How about new sub forum for photo+general city discussion ? Basically we move all the thread under the main Indonesian sub-forum to this new sub sub forum?

We will only leave the two sticky: member intro and faq/feedback thread on the main Indonesian forum front page. And prohibit user to create a new thread on this front page.

Wah, seminggu gak buka forum ini, hari ini ternyata 3 thread Warteg di-locked. Sebaiknya moderator tidak usah terlalu khawatir dan over-sensitif lah. Debat, dengan sedikit bumbu pedas, justru membuat forum ini menarik dan tidak membosankan.

Kesan saya, perdebatan di tiga thread yang di locked masih make sense, tidak ada caci maki atau kata2 kasar, cuma sinisme ato pompous coments, which is normal for a debate. Ke depan sebaiknya moderator memberi warning sebelum me-locked.....

THanks for the feedback. I locked both "Malingsia boleh" and "Ganyang Malaysia" thread because the titles are clearly provocative. In retrospect, I should have closed them a long time ago.

The other thread was trying to revive a "society and culture" issues thread. We experimented with that a while back with bad consequences - lots of unhealthy debates, personal attacks, and even attacks against religion. We mods encourage healthy debates and discussion of issues, even sensitive ones, but past experience show that some visitors of this forum are not ready for that, and there is no reason for us to think why that has changed.

Bear in mind, we are here mainly to discuss skyscrapers and urban issues, any provocative threads that will steer or create trouble in the future are not allowed.

Hehe sama juga. Kalo gak salah emg dari SSC nya. Soalnya Adminnya pernah kasih announcement, SSC lagi migrasi server, karena membernya sudah semakin penuh. Jadi wajar lah, ada sedikit 'lag'...
