Guyz, i have a good news...Under construction na ang 11 Story proposed Building ng Garden Orchid Hotel i saw lang kanina i think nasa 2nd floor na sla....

my sister is going to arrive here in zamboanga again using Air Philippines...Meron pa palang flight ang air philippines?...

wow good news..another skyscraper na naman ang magrise in Zambo..

the resumption of Air Phil's flight is also pleasant to hear..truly it is suggestive of the fact na may demand sapassenger

about the Garden Orchid Hotel...if dadaan ka talaga doon galing ng Baliwasan nor sa airport exposure talaga ung contruction site nila parang Mall ang tinatayo or maybe mas lagpas pa ng 11 story building...let me try to pass there tomorrow and hope makakahiram ako ng camera..hu hu hu

btw is this a expansion of existing hotel site or a whole new different project?

oo..plan na talaga nila ito noon pah...by the way Monsi one of the Owner of Lantaka Hotel has a plan also pero medyo malabo pa ata until BSP were going to start their construction malapit doon..laki kc ng lot nila doon...

the current tallest Building structure in zamboanga is Sky Park Hotel it has 11 Storey

onsite construction photos would probably do. rest of project detalis could come later. its a major vertical project of your city. interesting to follow the progress by your inputs, in a city like zamboanga.

Construction Update: construction is already on the 3rd floor. Just past by kanina sa place. Mabilis ang construction nila since inirect ang malaking crane sa site. The foundations of the building really looks sturdy & strong. Can't wait till its done...:banana:

nope may pert CPM yan if your project is moving slow you(contractor) would pay the owner for the days delayed.

matagal na kc tong proposal ng GOH since 2004 pah kapanahunan ng election...and i still remember nung may ARANGKADA CHAVACANO news pa sa government station sabi doon ito ng magiging pinaka mataas ng building structure sa Zamboanga after Skypark Hotel handling the record.

....I passed by GOH kanina and i saw they already finished the 5th floor..if construction resumes Jan 5. they will be working on the 6th floor....nice! :) Adelante Zamboanga!

GOH is a 10 storey building in its original design according to the hotel manager that i have spoken to. but only the engineers and owner can change the design if they want to add of romove floors. so di parin natin masabi kung ilan talaga. they might change the design, but 1 thing is certain its gonna be the tallest structure in zamboanga city.

yap tma kc ung engineers/architect and the owner has the answer kung dapat bng pataasin or magbawas pero mas nice kung highrise to para magandang tingnan...and nasa right way nman ung pagpapatayo nla :banana:

GOH is a 10 storey building in its original design according to the hotel manager that i have spoken to. but only the engineers and owner can change the design if they want to add of romove floors. so di parin natin masabi kung ilan talaga. they might change the design, but 1 thing is certain its gonna be the tallest structure in zamboanga city.

I think Southway is measure i think nasa 6 storeys sya pero mall standard ata ung height niya kya....pero if u notice five five storeys lang sya.....but if u see the height in meters pang 6 storeys sya.......

factual lang ta ha i count the rooms per floor ha ilagay natin sa 20 rooms per floor it will only have 200 rooms on a 11-storey bldg. excluding pa ang ibang functions niyan :)


i guess you could compare it to Grand Regal Hotel it' has 22 rooms per floor on a 12 storey-building.

If we are to count Marco Polo's rooms based sa windows, Marco Polo would have 352 rooms. So I really don't think it's accurate to speculate the number of rooms based on the windows of a rendering. :)

we did it sir because we know that GOH will not anymore integrate function rooms in the new building because they have already a separate building for that..that is why we assume that all the windows seen in the render corresponds a hotel room..

did you understand how that post was threaded. he was asked how he got to know and made to believe the hotel is under construction. the website was not questioned of its legitmate existence. it is a particular planned project that have raised doubts on the commitment of materializing the plan. how soon. there similar projects around the philippines that arent out in raves and hypes that remained a planned projects. parallels are ther. and if deception was used to describe, he was misled. he was made to believe.

that man climbing in the 1st pic was preparing for the floor on 8th..and the 3 men in the left side are standing on the 7th fixing horizontal steelbars for the 8th..i think...in the 2nd pic, horizontal beams in the middle are the preparation of the 8th and thats the floor almost done taken by Zuki yesterday..thnx[/QUOTE]

they were now at the 8 level at the right side fronting view from the ZIA Terminal...and from my Shot it's from the left view..who's ongoing to the next level (8th Floor)...^^

but they are not done yet on the 7th and 8th based on your latest pic but @Zuki..thnx:cheers:

i passed by sa area nasa 8 na sila...ang bilis ng construction grabe...thanx sa comment...magiging one of big hotel na sya sa Mindanao....

i think workers are standing in the 8th floor..:)

grabe medjo kataasan pa ata to kc ung bakal na ginagamit nila ayy malalaki so meaning mataas pa ung building...hopefully

got mistaken...they are currently at the 9th floor Construction site...i passed there lately and i am going to post the latest pic here tomorrow nlang...they are undergoes in 10th floor nah...baka lumagpas pa ng 11 floor ito..super bilis ng construction..^^

^^ Super bilis nga, i passed by there just kanina about 8 pm and nakita ko there still working and the crane was actually moving pa when i saw it. 24/7 ata ang construction nito. By the way the hotel is really massive...
