Not bad, not the best but not the worst. Cost of condos are pretty reasonable depending on what area its in.

that's a cool scraper...that park between the 1800 club and biscayne bay is soooo nice. there are families walking by, having fun, and barbeque-ing.... a skyscraper village in the background....the biscayne bay and the many islands of miami beach far in the distance...and a cool view of downtown to the south. Exquisite setting for the future residents of 1800 club!!!

That is an awsome building! I love the curved balcony thing going up the side of the building. :)

yes it is, it's the green area right by the water (biscayne bay), it's called Pace Park, and it's recently been renovated (I can't tell if the pic is before or after the renovation. It nice, not to big, not to small, and it's very active, with a variety of activities...makes for a good, desirable scraper-hood. I'll try to post pics later this week!!

No Problem TrickyKID, As of now, BOTH 1800 CLUB and The Quantum Towers are Pounding HUGE ROUND REBARS in 4 ft Round steel 50 ft TUBES into the ground, YOU REALLY HAVE to Drive by This SITE and SEE IT YOURSELF, Its HUGE, The Pounding on Both Properties are next to each other and are being built at the Same time. ITS A COMPETITION on who Finishes FIRST. There's Plenty of Room for more Towers in this area to be BUILT ! THE CITE CONDOS are Finished One block North, And THE OPERA TOWER has Broken Ground One Block to the South, You can see the Testing REBARS into the Ground at that site. THIS AREA, Formally called THE OMNI, WILL BE A DOWNTOWN ITSELF in Just 2 and a half YEARS . ITS GREAT and my Heart is Beating FAST, THE NOISE !!!, Check it OUT, Drive by at Biscayne and 18 STREET, FEEL Your Future Pounding, ITS REAL and its all going to be BUILT !!! :cheers:

whats that construction site to the north of the tower in the rendering? is that quantum?

That is Cite. It's started construction as apartments and converted to condos after completion. It's mid-rise but very nice looking.

Just to clarify a few issues....in the rendering below 1800 club is exagerated, while it will be very tall, the base of the building will only take up about half of that space, leaving room for quantum (which has 2 towers) to the right...that strip of land is going to be major dense with 3 towers...but you also have the beautiful park to balnce thisgs out....sweetness!
