ok this is only my thrid building and only my first residental buildings so cut me a break haha. I don't know if you guys can see it but but i tired to maked it look like the blinds are up in some of the units.

I like this one 9/10

Would look better at a smaller scale I'd say, as it overall looks rather blockish. But not a bad drawing, I'd give it a 6/10 as well. I like how some of the windows are lighted up and some aren't.
