It might be a little to big for the skyline, but it is a nice building and I rated it a 9/10

Well the scale is pretty big and overall it looks rather bland IMO with the grey-only colour and how you can't really see vertical alignments of windows. It looks good folded though and you've added some shading, so 8/10.

it's actually a pretty small building (or two).. the windows are dont have vertical stripes.. the reason i love this building so much (and hence cliff's quite perfect model) is because of the illusion its angles create
