So who do you inform if you're planning a demonstration? Will me posting my protest ideas on these forums count as the protest not being spontaneous, and so, perfectly legal? Or do I need to send a letter? Because, if so, I'll send as many letters as I can to as many different people informing them that a million people are expected to flock to the city centre in mass protests at something or another on a number of made up dates. I'll cry wolf all day long.
