So I would say that there are currently 5 towers (>70m) U/C in the Hague and 26 for the whole Netherlands and probably a few more by the end of the year. :)

Yes you are right. They changed the name a while ago.

They have already removed the trees in front of the site. Hope they start the destruction of the old buildings on time (1.7.04).

This is the most important project for Frankfurt since Messeturm.

jon, you forgot wembley at 133m. aslo youve forgotten the unity office tower at about 80m for liverpool.
as youve said, london's scene is going to be rapidly different in six months time, we're reaching the point right now where they are preparing to demolish sites or are actually doing so. its a bit like in 1999 all over again.

Maybe someone would be so kind and put all Euro skyscrapers U/C into one list from highest to the lowest.

Gothic, Wembley is a football stadium, not a high-rise building! I haven't seen a height figure for Unity's office tower. I suppose it is likely to be over 70m tall, yeah... I'll add it to the list.

What about St George's Wharf? Also there's another large project consisting of several high rises in Battersea. I'm not sure what it's called though. Although Wembley cannot be considered a high rise it's not just a football stadium either. It has loads of office space that will occupied every working day.

The 70m tall tower at St. George's Wharf, Flagstaff House, has been completed. The other project is Battersea Reach - nothing over about 50m tall. Wembley might have offices in it, but it is a stadium, not a high-rise building!

unitys office tower is definitely over 70m. its taller than the neighbouring 76m building in the renderings. my guess is about 85m for the office tower and 95m for the residential.
also royex house in london is starting and gn tower manc has started so the revised list -

Every level 3.15 meters tall + as minimum 0.3 meters of ceiling.
53 * 3.45 + 0.3 of top ceiling = 183 meters by roof + about 3 meters tall thing on roof = about 186-187 meters tall by spire.

low skyscrapers
43 level+2 level of stylobate+3 level of podium=48 levels.
Every level 3.15 meters tall + as minimum 0.3 meters of ceiling.
48 * 3.45 + 0.3 of top ceiling = 166 meters by roof + about 3 meters tall thing on roof = about 169-170 meters tall by spire.

so one 186 meters tall and two about 169 meters tall tower.

but we still don't have level count data for other towers of complex. few of them is over 100 meters.

Gothic - Royex House hasn't started construction. They've started demolishing what is currently on site, but construction in still months away. I didn't think anybody had confirmed GN Tower yet...?

but... royex house is a refit too isnt it in the way that citypoint was so any demolition is also part of the construction! its only selective demolition isnt it, its not like they are levelling the entire site.
also one commercial street has a 9m blade on top of it just like beetham manchester does. how come the one in manc has its blade counted and one commercial street doesnt.
as far as gn tower goes it IS under construction. my spies tell me so and i believe there's construction pics on my site.

btw. please correct Vertical from Moscow. 180m was for old 40 storeys design, but in begin of this year tower was redesigned to 196m with 50f. Just it was not completely corrected on Emporis.

building on previous demesne near Krylatskaya Panorama. Between two buildings - 22 storeys tall Krylatskiye Ogni tower 2, already completed.

four 34 storeys buildings of Mirax Park project began to construction on 19 august. every building at least 128 meters tall.

big highrise complex Avenue 77 also began to construction. it is former Town in City project. it was redesigned, so any information still not available.

Dirigible skyscraper also began to construction this month. it is about 140 meters tall, but 40 storeys, so skyscraper.

That´s not under construction ;)
