Après Kyrannis, Hached, Kerkennah et Loud Essabaa, la flotte de la SONOTRAK (SOciété NOuvelle de TRAnsport Kerkennah) se renforcera cet été 2010 par un cinquième car-ferry, le plus grand de la série. En effet, avec 85 mètres de long et 16 mètres de large, ce dernier aura une capacité de 150 voitures et 800 voyageurs.
Réalisé par une société locale de construction métallique « SCIN » avec un coût de 12,7 millions de dinars, le nouveau car-ferry sera équipé de quatre moteurs « Caterpillar » de 650 ch . Sa descente à l’eau est prévue le 26 mai et son entrée en service sera au cours du mois de juin 2010.

I don't think. This new car-ferry is the first one made in Tunisia. May be in the future, the society will export.
