Hello,

My name's Michael and this is one of my first posts. I've been studying the UK Government's policy of eco-towns for almost a year now, as part of my dissertation for my Masters in Town & Regional Planning.

The four confirmed eco-towns in the UK as of 2009 are:

Whitehill Bordon
St. Austell (China Clay Community)
Rackheath
North West Bicester

Part of my project involves the distribution and carrying out of a questionnaire, which I have designed myself and have received ethical clearance. I would be a very happy man if I could take 5 minutes of your time to fill out a small number of questions. The subject matter is Eco-Towns & Sustainable Transport, so if this is of interest you I hope you can enjoy the questionnaire.

I understand it might be a little cheeky to 'advertise' my product, and I apologise if this has annoyed anyone. I'm just trying to reach different outlets and audiences in helping gather the data I need to complete the task at hand. Your input is entirely confidential and will only be used in the analysis of the project.

If anyone has any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Here is the link to the questionnaire (opens up a published Google Forms document): http://tinyurl.com/35mjket

Thank-you very much,

Michael

My sister used to live in Rackheath. I will try and complete a form later!

@Andrew: excellent. In my dissertation, i'm actually using Rackheath as a case study, along with St. Austell - 2 out of the 4 confirmed ecotowns. I'd be happy to have her input :)
