I was boring myself to death waiting for the answer on my previous question, and i tried some mods from Simtropolis. the readme files said i had to put the files in the ''plugins'' folder in the sim city 4 directory(deluxe). i imedeatly noticed that there were no similar files to the mods in the ''plugins'' folder. but, i continued. result: they don't work! i've tried every single one of them( not at same time) but none work. please telle me if im doing something wrong in the process
