Cosmopolitan August 21st, 2006, 09:23 PM I know it's weird, but it's the first Venezuelan built according to feng-shui statements. Main gates are located looking to the west(as most of the windows), it has open spaces in the higher floors, and those last floors make a shape of an arrow looking to the sky. The whole extrange design was delivered. Most of inside the building is of marble, very expensive, by the budget destinated should be higher. 9/10.
