What can I say? That's a professional quality building! Very Vancouverish I agree. Definitely 10/10.

BTW about the 1's - I noticed that in the Rate our Skylines section even NYC and Hong Kong got a lot of 1s - I think occurring the 2nd most besides 10.0. Maybe in some countries they have a habit of thinking 1 is the best in a 1 to 10 scale.
