the most exclusive could be easily judged on the average price of the houses. The best st is very argumental.

out of that list i voted southern cross drive, cronin island

Depends what you want. Many of them are famous for being rich, hedges and commodore for example you won't get much change out of 5 mil - if you can find anything for less than 5 mill.

For exclusive shops like Gucci, Vercace, Prada and many more you can't go past Elkhorn Ave - was there the other day. Aparently GC has more international exclusive brand outlets than Melbourne and Sydney put together - why??? - god only knows!

why isnt orchid avenue in that list? aside from that, isnt hedges avenue also known as 'millionaires row'... so i suspect that is the most exclusive from that list

Because Orchard Avenue is just full of nightclubs. I'm talking about residential streets.

And yes Hedges Avenue is Millionaires Row, but no, it's not the most exclusive street on the Gold Coast. King Arthur Boulevard is definately. The question is, which is the best?
