Wish they'd move that big fence (and the arms park for that matter) and put in some nice riverside cafes or something!

Agree with clearing the area.

What about if they were to clear it and create a large square with a couple of cafes facing both riverside and square. A mixture of path and grass with a central fountain. Then on rugby match days, they can gate it and charge a few quid entry to watch the game on a large big screen (that would be attached to the Millenium Stadium).

That's probably the left over whisky talking here from last night haha!
