i think i discovered something if im not wrong, that green thing is not over it, its viva tower itself, i think tanzan was zooming and make the building infront of him look like viva tower half completed and some work still underway on top,

What is so special with Estim Construction. They have so many projects before hand. I knew they past 8 years were very very young company hardly looking an overdraft for just $ 50k but now they are everywhere. Anyway good for them I hope they have the capacity in place to handle all the projects they have.

trust me, nothing much has been going on for those months but they have picked up the pace again this month. Plus you can't see much with that green cover.

They showed a 10 storey building in China that was built for 1 month
