huaiwei June 30th, 2004, 08:09 AM These signboards are VERY important to me....you didnt know how much you are helping me by taking a photo of them, raffie! :D

just copy the info....:bash:
but some of the TOP dates on these signboards can be wrong..some buildings seem to look complete long before the expected TOP..

That is normal mah. They try to be as "pessimistic" as possible so that they dont get charged for delays? ;)
heirloom July 1st, 2004, 07:59 PM wow... this is nice.. i dont believe the surroundings are as green as the renderings portray though
RafflesCity July 1st, 2004, 08:02 PM renderings tend to lie..but the surroundings are quite leafy and foresty at street-level..quite quiet and exclusive @_@

huaiwei July 23rd, 2004, 06:00 PM Seems like not much growth compared to the previous pictures?
RafflesCity July 24th, 2004, 08:19 PM yah..like only grew by 1 floor or so...
I notice that these residential projects tend to slow down once they drape the netting on them - like working under cover
RafflesCity August 3rd, 2004, 11:18 AM 3 August 2004
Its at about the 14th floor now.

RafflesCity September 1st, 2004, 04:36 PM yup, too intimate from the rate of growth in this pic ;)

RafflesCity January 19th, 2005, 11:37 AM Great work Pengui! :okay:
I've found this building quite difficult to photograph from up-close
but it is slightly taller than its neighbours and is adding density to its area..also look out for the Leonie Studio construction site at 32 floors ^^

Pengui February 17th, 2005, 07:38 AM I think the fenced site in front must be the Cosmopolitan, comparing with my pic from 27/01
RafflesCity February 17th, 2005, 07:39 AM yes..it is, taken from outside Great World City
cant wait for the Cosmopolitan to rise!

RafflesCity April 11th, 2005, 03:44 AM hmm..I wonder why the crane is still stuck to the side
Pengui April 11th, 2005, 06:25 AM I can't tell you. It was not working yesterday, but I saw it working recently from Redhill MRT platform. So I believe they are still carrying some stuff up there.

bagus December 27th, 2005, 05:33 PM I'm told this one sold out very fast, only a few of the 2-bedroom apts left.
Yap, pretty fast in their sales. the prices are also not too high. Quite reasonable for that project. I dont know if their last penthouse has been sold alreadi or not. Aniwae, the facilities are very simple only. If u like simple simple project, this is the one for u. I,ve been to their sales office. the actual unit is veri small, juz nice for small family. Looking for the infor, e-mail me and i will forward them to u, even the price-list too. hehe :) :cucumber:
Suipalucsea December 30th, 2005, 04:10 AM Hi Bagus, when you say that the apartments are very small, you are talking about the 2-bedroom ones, correct? Why not post your info here, I think that many people are interested.

What type of infor are you toking about. This is what i felt when i visited the show flat. ( these are the infor i i have for the time being )
the two bedrooms ony have the size of 1141 sqft. The living space is so small for a two bedroom. The last three bedroom have been sold like months ago.
and the prices is like between 1.3 to 1.4 mill...
RafflesCity January 2nd, 2006, 03:02 PM what floor is the show flat located on?
are the upper floors or penthouse open for viewing?
Suipalucsea January 3rd, 2006, 08:50 AM The showflat [2beds only] is on the 3rd floor. Very nice tree-level view. Did not dare to ask about penthouse, must be by appointment only......Facilities: infinity pool, tennis, gym, function room, just the basics which is fine by me. Currently I live in a full-facility place and use hardly any of them!
Pengui February 6th, 2006, 03:44 PM http://membres.lycos.fr/pengui/ssc/060206_leonie_hill_residence01.jpg
It looks real good.
Guest April 20th, 2006, 06:23 AM I know of people staying there having to wear ear plugs everynight to sleep. Apparently, the noise from River Valley Road is quite bad in the early morning, and the windows (not double glazed) will let the noise in...
Suipalucsea April 20th, 2006, 11:47 AM Which floor are they on? Surely it must be far worse for all of the many apartments directly *on* River Valley Road?!
RafflesCity April 23rd, 2006, 03:44 PM wow...this one seems pretty well hidden from the main road...
luxemarkus February 11th, 2009, 05:19 PM wow...this one seems pretty well hidden from the main road...
I have a 3 bedroom unit of size 1389 sqft going for $1450 psf.
