BTW any one eles sick of towers being called after areas they are in as it only allows one Tower of that name and kinda over use ! Guess it happens all the time in surburds still

This building is located in Computer Street, in the corner overlooking the Al Muasalla Intersection (with Al Mankhool St.), and is just next to Shoe Mart building.

This building is looking across the intersection toward Al Muasalla Tower complex, the tallest building in Bur Dubai till recently, when Al Mankhool Towers (Manazeel] were compleated.

Their board was added on the part of the main board, dedicated to the sub-contractors, the top-right place to be precise.

OK i was there like a week ago and there was nothing to see at all so much action out of others in Bur Dubai and nothing out of this one. Was really waiting for this sand lot to be filled. Its one of the last few vancat lots in the area.
Lucky there are still heaps of car parks around as this is not a land mark tower for the area. But if its not started maybe there is chance it can be drooped and better one proposed

Work has resumed in full swing here since a month ago. Judging by the rush in suddenly construction sites popping up along Khaleed Bin Al Waleed road, and coinciding with the creating of the Al Saydeea Metro Station site, is obvious that work here was suspended becouse of the Metro Green Line route design. When it was finalised where the route will pass and how it will be constructed (cut-and-cover technique and NOT tunnel boring), green light was given to resume work.

A crane is on site, the project board was moved to another side of the site and it seams they are preparing the foundations. To bad you can't go near the hole.

Tha raft foundation is completed and the rebars for the underground floor are rising. Soon it should be over the street level.

After some 3 - 4 podium floors were completed, this has gone on hold also. The rebars on the columns are covered in plastic foil (as in any other on-hold buildings).

I don't know if it is because of a redesign or because the intensive Metro work around it had made almost impossible to deliver and store materials on site.

My first action as a mod.

After three years of pause because of the Green Line Saidya Metro Station work (or some other reasons as well), work resumed here recently with at least 2 floors completed above the podium since then.
