First renders of the officially proposed project for new CSKA stadium, the project could evolve or change because the plot is situated in the central park, which has a special status:

Note that this is just a conceptual project to get the basic idea, the approved architecture project is yet to be made and presented. That will happen after the talks about the future built reach final phase. I'll post the final renders here as soon as they've ready and published.

Yea, that stars really give it sort of communist vibe, but still it is nice project. Very unique.

These are just rapidly drawn and really preliminary basic renders of eventual future stadium, the red star won't be on the top of the cover, KSS that make the design presented some more detailed rendering of the future stadium, and they have something like that in mind:

If that project get approved the design bureau will come with detailed architecture plan and renderings, that above are just some basic ideas for the project.
The thing is that this area is a park with special status, and this project probably won't be permitted , although the club claims that they've provided funding for the multipurpose complex that would costs apx. 105mln EUR.
