proposed observatory for portland ORE would be the new tallest in portland :D

It looks a lot taller than 650 ft,in reference to the building around it.

well the building is in the waterfront park so the building is a lot closer to the river than the rest of downtown. and at this angle it gives it somewhat of an advantage.

I really don't think this would help Portland it might actually be a bad thing in my opinion since obsevation towers are becoming more of an obstruction instead of an atraction...

I dont think it should be in the location it is proposed. It would look much better over by the Rose Garden area, away from downtown a little bit.

It doesn't really have any...class or looks. Portland deserves better. Instead of this, MulvannyG2 should design something like the Bellevue Towers for Portland. If only they had a customer...:)
