Maysan Tower, Amarah, Iraq
We submitted for this project in cooperation with D.A.T.A. Consultancy Firm in London, UK [on a joint venture basis]. This tower is composed of 32 floors, each floor is of an area of 500 M2. It is a commercial tower with recreation section and restaurants, art galleries, and a media centre.
Owner: Maysan Governorate. Work duration: 2009.

Bank/Office Building in Duhok, Kurdistan of Iraq
This is a high-rise building in Duhok, Kurdistan of Iraq. It is a building that is distinguished with its modern and stylish design that is based on using glass and curtain wall with modular divisions for mullions.

Multi-Storey Car Parking Building, Kirkuk, Iraq
The design attitude used here is based upon giving this building a modern look throughout using new elements and materials. The building is situated in the city centre and will give this area an impressive look.

This building is composed of 6 stories. It contains a mall, 23 medical clinics, car parking areas (363 lots), and a restaurant. The design attitude used here is based upon using new form and interior design and by applying several facilities in one building. Here, DCE used a structural system based upon using hollow core pre-cast slabs.

For this interchange, traffic study was taken into consideration in design. This is a major interchange in Kirkuk. It consists mainly of one 2-sided overpass with all approaches. Project now is under construction.

For this interchange, traffic study was taken into consideration in design. In addition to the overpass, roads were designed with all approaches needed. Currently, this project is under construction. This project consists of a 2-sided overpass with 4 curved ramps and 4 linear ramps.

Al-Hurr Al-Riyahi (RAA) Holy Shrine - Stage Two, Kerbala, Iraq
It was a competition to design stage two of the project of Al-Hurr Al-Riyahi facilities that is composed of a multi-purpose hall, a hospitality space, an administration, a prayer hall, toilets, a religious sciences school, a library and an internet cafe, in addition to other services. We won the first prize, and currently we are working on the detailed design drawings. Stage one is already under construction and is composed of the Holy Shrine, the open yard [Sahan] and [Awaween].

Dream City is one of the most comprehensive and important projects that determines the rainessance of Kurdistan Region, north of Iraq. This project has a ll the requirements of a successful real estate and touristic project. It has villas and houses with lot areas that range from 250 M2 to 900 M2. Also, all facilities of a modern and stylish residential compund were added. DCE participated in the contest of house design. 7 of our designs were selected to be constructed in Dream City project. Some of our best architects participated in their distinguished concepts.

Investment Project for a Mall/Office Building in Hilla, Babylon, Iraq
This is a 12-storey building that lies in the heart of the city of Hilla. Shops are found in ground and first floors. Other floors are equipped with offices, clinics, and labs while the last floor is equipped with a multi-purpose hall and a restaurant. The back side of the building is composed of 3 stories that are used as a mall.
