It'll be just to the north of Carmel. Should be snapped-up pretty quickly being beachfront and all.

yeah as mr tall said this tower is across the road to the north with Crystal Towers a block south! also Ultra isnt too far away either!

It will block out Carmel's view north by the looks of it too.
It looks good however it is only a very small site that it is going to be built on I wonder what the facilities and parking will be like?

This project made news again this week in GC bulletin.It mentions how APG (Australian property group) from Canberra is readying for the realease of the $100mil tower. They are already building Brisbanes tallest atm- AURORA.
This is great news for property market on GC.

gc bulletin says that the amalgamated property group(apg) has began siteworks on the $85 million verve tower at broadbeachinitial work involves demolition of three structures on the 2469sqm site. the tower will start in may . 28 level tower will have 56, 1-2-3 bedroom apartments 85% have sold in 4 months .including a $3.9 million penthouse. ----the start of site works for the verve tower comes as apg---- finalises----- plans for its second gc tower site the --crystal tower---- site it was bought in january for $26 million . . ..at last

Hey Cul, how narrow is Verve at the end there. only looks like a couple of metres. even at the middle it couldn't be that wide.

its 6m wide at the north end. yes does look thin.

It's just a comunications tower. I've never noticed before u mentioned it Cul so I don't think it's very tall. I think it's part of the Broadbeach police station.

Saw this today, it still has some paint to go, but it has scrubbed up nice. I was never a fan of this tower but now that it is done, it's looking not too shabby at all!

in this instance, more time does = better finished product.

i just think its unusual design. the bldg is only 6m wide and only 1 apartment ocupies each floor/ really good marketing.

I like the front, but I think the back is a bit plain
