City Living at its Finest

The Linc, comprising 51 freehold apartment, is located at Lincoln Road, within the exclusive and quiet Newton residential enclave.

The development is just a stone’s throw from the Newton MRT station, which is merely one station away from the Orchard MRT station.

The Linc offers 1 to 4-bedroom apartments with sizes ranging from 646 sf to 1,851 sf. Each unit is thoughtfully designed with careful attention to details, intimate spaces and choice finishing, making it a unique development in a class of its own.

E-nhancing Lifestyle

The development also comes complete with smart home features required for the modern home of the future.

Each unit is wired with i-possibilities such as pre-wired data/telephone points strategically placed in all bedrooms, the living room and kitchen so that residents can enjoy convenient connectivity.

Broadband Internet access is also possible via subscription to service providers, while the web portal (provided by a service provider at a fee) provides a whole host of e-services for the residents.

why 18 floors only... it looks pretty ok so it should be taller..

got real pics of it?

It should complement the Lincoln Modern nicely, which is about the same height. The triangular fins will also go well with the angular look of its neighbour.

At the moment construction is just starting..still digging.

ummm here (http://www.scglobal.com.sg/lm.htm)

visionary study in the multifaceted city abode. This project is an impressive 30 storey "loft-in-the-sky" development stylized along contemporary architectural lines in glass and metal and conceived with the modern urban iconoclast in mind.

Now halfway to top :-)

In front of it is the future site for Park Infinia (massive development with 480 units).
They are now demolishing old villas to make space. The showhouse is built but still empty.

Next to it will be Miro, another condo project by Far East. This one will be 112 units, but work has not started yet. Here's an artist rendering:

This area is a HOT site for a condo boom

but looks like residents of the Linc may not get very good views at the end of all this ^^

Yeah, I also think so ^^
But it seems that they're marketing it as a very high-tech broadband-wired condo, so maybe they intend to sell the units to some geeks who would never open the windows ^^

actually the developer of this is the same as the Park Infinia, and the showroom of Infinia is actually linked with the Linc. The Linc's interior is more spacious and selling for a lower price than the latter, so the contrast will help to boost the sales of the Linc when there is a huge media launch for Park Infinia :)
