Abland in partnership with the Orion Group has secured the opportunity to develop the exciting new Bethlehem Regional Mall. The area is due for a consolidated retail development in which shoppers from far and wide can enjoy comparison shopping for fashion and homeware combined with the convenience of grocery shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment. The design of the centre is ever evolving to ensure that all the requirement of the consumer will be catered for. It is expected that the centre will be developed in phases, with the first phase planned at between 40 000 mē and 50 000 mē.
