The best part and the highlight of these towers is the Sky-Bridge not a Bridge but two Bridges.

This will be the first time in Central Africa or even on the continent.

@ Mr Pius

Sorry for Invading this thread with images... but there seem to be an architectural design modification on the towers according to the latest releases by hawkwood properties.

I actually prefer the new look. The height, storeys and all that are still the same:

Here is the modifiied version portraying the Ultra-modern Clear class cladding on the building

http://img705.imageshack.us/img705/4166/lacitedufleuvekinshasa.jpg (http://img705.imageshack.us/i/lacitedufleuvekinshasa.jpg/)

http://img192.imageshack.us/img192/6997/citedufleuvekinshasaunt.jpg (http://img192.imageshack.us/i/citedufleuvekinshasaunt.jpg/)

This investor is really pushing Congo to the limits in terms of up-to-date modernization, Because not many countries in the world currently boast with clear glass cladding, Sky-bridge etc eg South Africa has crowded skylines but the architecture dates back.

What these guys are doing will keep Congo up to date with the rest of the world for quite sometime before a new era in architecture emerges.

Here is shot showing the UN towers (in-front), Mighty Congo Towers and the whole Skyline.

The architecture of these two buildings look like they could be built anywhere in the world so well done Congo. As usual I am optimistic but cautious, lets see what transpires here.

The clear glass in post #8 (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showpost.php?p=58900283&postcount=8) is excellent.

I like that its near the water as well, very nice. Are they planning to develop all those buildings in your post screenshotartist?
