PLOT: Sheikh Zayed Rd, Al Wasl , Across the road from, AL GOZE and Tower 222 and 210 in that areas.
Height: 15F or less ( Any one want to Guess ! Dont know but they are going deep and its a good site)
Will be one of tallest in area !

Hmm gas station some short residentals on both sides and this coming up between them :) Dubai really is changing , if i went somehwere abroad for 10 years an came back i`m positively sure i wont recognize Dubai

i think those are low office towers most of them on this side of the road are low office blocks about 4 floors high built about 5-10 years ago. I would be supirse if any of them last another 5 years with the current boom

I dont think this will be over 15 floors not with only 118 rooms. will go past and ask on thursday on the way back to Dubai marina to find some more beauties to photograph ( buildings not chicks)

Even at 10 rooms a floor that 12 or so 9 ( Guess there would be no less than 8 so 14 floors) then also the Lobby and service floors. Plus Meeting and in house restuants. THen the roof top gym. So a tall as I would like it to be would be pusing very hard to be above 15 or so now the maths is done.

the hole in the ground which was quite deep like 2 floors ( Maybe services is now filled)
Tower is about to start to rise ( not that it has that far to go but still )

it's a 5 storey building actually hence moved out of tower development ;)

finally, its nice to see a what this building is gonna look like,
i've been there many times (work) never imagined it would look like that.....

if you ever get the chance to visit it after completion, thank me for the cooling system ;)

Good move, forumers in Dubai can now start posting about other low-rises like this one. We hardly hear anything about them in the press.
