- When completed, it will be the tallest skyscraper in Gyunggi Province, until Dongtan Metapolis (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=112636) is completed in 2009.
- Phase I (125m) is the current tallest skyscraper in Suwon.

Samsung has a lot of influence in Suwon.

Right. It's not too far from both the World Cup Stadium and Downtown.

Btw, according to the data from Suwon City Hall, the height of the tower is 190m with 37 floors. (Courtesy: Dumatod :))

Looks awesome, but i think the tower might become a bit boring, though the facade looks nice. :)
