kidrobot February 19th, 2011, 01:14 AM This is not related to the olympics in any way. All the olympic projects are progressing fast, you can see it in the appropriate threads. The realty market is in its slump, the credits have become more expensive, this is why the construction is so slow. Also, please, don't use words like "shithole' about the places you don't know anything about and never been too.
