WOW, simply breathtaking. Although by park, I think Butembo meant a park in the city (surrounded by the city). Otherwise I would have posted the wildlife in Nairobi national park a long while ago.

nonetheless, I would totally love to ride a bike through that park :happy:

UMhlanga Rocks, Durban





The palm boulevard is a great green lung that runs between the mall and the eastern side apartments and offices. At the end it reaches a traffic circle where the CJ Saunders park is located. A number of hotels line this strip (City Lodge, Royal Palm and Protea Umhlanga Ridge)

The median in the middle of centenary boulevard continues the lush vegetation of the palm boulevard and the park. Its a great area to walk and you honestly do not feel you are in a massively built up area. Plus it is great natural vegetation with butterflies and numerous small animals.
