you have to upload a picture first.

A nice guy gave me this thing:

Go there and upload your pics and then you get a URL for that pic.

Take that URL and put "[IMG]" (without the quotes) on both sides of the URL without spaces, than the picture will aprear on the final post!

Or if you find a picture on a website and isolate it you can copy the URL and place it inside the things. Example: http://www.atpm.com/6.10/new-york/images/new-york-18.jpg is the URL for a great picture of Ms. Liberty so I would place it inside the IMG brackets like so: [IMG]http://www.atpm.com/6.10/new-york/images/new-york-18.jpg

put this in:

UR WEB ADDRESS FOR THE PIC GOES HERE

go to http://www.imagestation.com to start uploading pics for free if u wanna show ur own.. good luck :cheers:

but it is one of my pictures I want to insert. How do I do that?
I now I can be a pain in the ass :)
