Dubai_Boy July 7th, 2004, 07:09 AM Wow will this tower be part of ther JLT
Nizey July 8th, 2004, 02:02 PM I love it, looks very elegant but it should have a bit more detail for example some Islamic designs in the facade similar to those of "the Tower."
Dubai-Lover July 8th, 2004, 02:07 PM definitely. too much glass. but let's wait and see until it's built.
Dubai_Boy July 8th, 2004, 02:54 PM I like it the way it is really :) Simple yet elegant
soennecken March 6th, 2005, 08:28 PM Is this one a never built or can we expect it to grace our skyline at some time?
DigitalTiger March 6th, 2005, 08:29 PM hmmm... how much does a building of that sort cost?
AltinD March 6th, 2005, 08:43 PM :eek2:
Speachless!!!
fahed March 6th, 2005, 09:13 PM amzaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing
luv2bebrown March 6th, 2005, 09:16 PM nice... but i kinda have the urge to throw a huge brick at it.
DUBAI March 6th, 2005, 09:37 PM its the kind of model that i look at and just want to smash, but the end buiulding should be spectacular!
SkyFan March 6th, 2005, 10:13 PM wow
very creative and futuristic..
How high is it?
AltinD March 6th, 2005, 10:22 PM I counted 41F + GF(s) on the base of the tower.
ahmedr March 7th, 2005, 12:16 AM What ever happened to this one? I really like but it would be even much better with that wave structure on the left, just an unnecessary addition, IMO.
Dubai-Lover March 7th, 2005, 12:17 AM just a vision
i'm very sure this one will become a never-built
SA BOY March 7th, 2005, 07:34 AM still listed as a proposal as I saw it at the consultants stand at cityscape
Dubai-Lover March 7th, 2005, 07:38 AM i've seen in one of your photos they showcased all their towers, not just this one

Looks like a haven for pidgeons to nest....uck... :gunz:
MIMICA March 7th, 2005, 08:06 AM absolutely wonderful. :) then again, we shouldn't expect anything less of dubai with all of it's GREAT project. :cheers1:
SkylineTurbo March 7th, 2005, 08:16 AM Superlative design with the geometric shapes.
den2dxb March 7th, 2005, 06:53 PM This one would need an abaya! Way too sexy! :eek2:
butterfly April 10th, 2005, 06:22 PM The usual 30 storey tower state of the art construction and all facilities these days, would cost between 100 to 250 million dirhams. The selling cost of such a tower in bulk as a turnkey project is around 350 million dirhams...
DUBAI April 10th, 2005, 07:07 PM pretty good for an office tower.
but im guessing the origanal design for this was way better, the architect appears to have copromised with the block nature of the main block, would have been awesome if it had curves to complement the facade.
DarkBlueBoss April 11th, 2005, 06:38 AM doesnt seem to be that far fetched, but i would suggest less glass, maybe, other chiny metals, like chrome or aluminim, but too much glass..
nice design though
Trances April 11th, 2005, 12:37 PM is this one still going to even happen ?
Dubai-Lover April 11th, 2005, 12:52 PM just one of the many proposals i'd say
never heard anything about the developer cadiz intl as well
Bahraini Spirit April 11th, 2005, 03:27 PM Great tower, very creative. It'll be ashame to see this one as a "never built" as it deserves to be there instead of some of the tacky buildings that are goin to grace the skyline.
