It seem like every major project coming up in Dubai is located of the coast or atleast near the jumierah coast !!

yes, you're right dubai boy! i think they do all this in the coast area, as there are all the hotels and it's always important that tourists don't have to go too far to an attraction. so you can say, the jumeirah coast will soon become an "attraction cluster".

tourists will have the beach and time to relax on the beach side and on the other side there is adventure and modern architecture.

i think this project was supposed to be the down town before

Its opposite the entrance to the palm snugged between Knowlage village and Media City and infront of Internet city

the domain dubaipearl.com is online since months, but why don't they put some info in there? i mean, this is one of the really big projects and everybody knows almost nothing about it!

I know!! Ive been going there day after day and still nothing except for that picture!! Did it start construction??

i was up near site yesterday its not changed from a sandy patch for as long as i remeber
