Just noticed that SEQ has 7 out of Australia's top 10 buildings under construction and Planned at the moment!!
Pretty neat eh!

A bit misleading I would think as 4 are only proposals.

yes it is. the 251m is height above sea level!
also for the list including spires, Sydney has 222m latitude & 242m BT Tower uc atm!

It wouldn't surprise me if it were similar with buildings like Vision, ANA, Soul, Empire Square, Emerald, 549 Queen. I would say at least 7 in the top 10.

^add onto the Circle on Cavil, which is the tallest U/C in Australia @ the moment.
