^^This is "Oruzheiny" business center, consists from two towers: 120 m (27 fl) and 58 m (13 fl). Cladding currently on hold. There is a thread on Russian local section (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=357416).

At the beginning I was very dislike about the whole idea, but I can see now how the concept of this quarter can be a solution for the today living spaces in cities that are already crowded.

Its an excellent development , with a very good design.

Naming of Moscow's development projects tends to be quite random, so just don't bother trying to understand it. For example, there is also a lowrise 'English quarter' (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=624876) under construction that is a commieblock-style complex, this ugly shit (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=618860) is branded as 'Sparks of Joy' and this one (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=1192051) is 'Mos Angeles'. That's creative marketing for you :lol::lol::lol:
