Good to see a war-torn city like Grozny getting back on its feet. :)

The architecture of the buildings is a bit Dubaiesque, which isn't a bad thing in my opinion.

Grozny population 271 600 people. Why in a small town a lot of construction? In Russia there are many unresolved social problems. A shortage of nursery schools, low wages! Why in a small town a lot of construction?

I find this project rather ugly, very cheap version of Dubai.
