Scope: 30,000 m²; 10 storeys; 2 structures; 290 units

This morning they have started to clear the lot. There's a bulldozer down there right now.

The Ballet-Opera House (1987-90) that could have been. Nixed by Bob Rae.

The architecture is dated but the idea of a major cultural amenity in this part of downtown is still correct. I think this is a huge loss.
